We hope you, your family and colleagues are - and will remain - healthy. In light of recent Executive Orders in NJ, NY, and PA, we wanted to reach out to let you know that Charles Jones® remains open to serve you.
As previously communicated, we have encouraged our employees to follow social distancing practices, and to telecommute by leveraging at-home workstations and secure network connections. This means you may hear more from us via phone and email than in person for a while. We hope you understand these steps are intended to help protect the health of you, our employees and the communities in which we operate.
We have experienced several agency closures and expect that trend to continue. This will result in one of three scenarios:

- Partial results produced and delivered to you.
- Delays in our ability to produce results until government agency reopens.
