Middlesex County now available in the DTS Title Plant

Charles Jones LLC is pleased to announce the accessibility of Middlesex County in the DTS Title Plant.

DTS subscribers can now conduct searches and pull documents for Middlesex County from DTS. The start date is 1/2/1998, which means a 20-year search can be run in the plant.

Unlike the current Middlesex County Official website, the DTS plant will include both the index and images* of the Federal Tax Liens as well as the Surrogate index. As usual, surrogate copies can be requested at no additional search fee from our managed service group. Middlesex County is located in the northern part of the state and the Plant is priced accordingly.

Charles Jones LLC offers county searches in all 21 counties in New Jersey. The following are the counties in which we have a title plant solution:

  • Atlantic
  • Burlington
  • Camden
  • Gloucester**
  • Hudson
  • Hunterdon
  • Middlesex
  • Monmouth
  • Morris
  • Ocean
  • Passaic***
  • Somerset
  • Sussex
  • Warren

In addition, our staff will be able to utilize the Middlesex County Plant for orders placed via Sign On or through title software.

To become a DTS subscriber or for additional information, please call Jennifer Krisanda at 609-610-4570 or email jkrisanda@charlesjones.com.

    Thank you for your business!

*While images of Federal Tax Lien releases from 1998-2009 are not available at this time, they are indexed and marginally notated against the Federal Tax Lien that they in fact release. And of course, copies are also available upon request from the managed services group.
**Plant recordings from 2002 forward; Judgment records dating to 1993.
